My family had a wonderful experience working with Hilary, who represented my senior mother on the buy side for the purchase of her new condo in the southbay.

Hilary is super patient, expertly handles all personality types with superb interpersonal communication skills. She is extremely knowledgeable on all real estate matters ranging from obscure HOA balcony questions, to tracking down the correct prop 60/90 claim form so my mom can maintain her same low property tax rate!

Hilary even provided professional support on the sell side, sharing her insight and vast experience, eventhough she was not the selling agent for my mom's old property in the SF Valley. She really helped to prepare my family on what to expect re: timeline of escrow, next steps from lender approval, underwriting, to funding, title change, and close.

Hilary is also highly responsive, very detail oriented, and always follows up, never leaving loose ends behind. She will always pick up her phone, and responds to texts immediately.

Hilary also has a fabulous team to support her, from associates to her escrow team and her transaction coordinator. Hilary and the entire team share the same excellent work ethic, and I would absolutely use Hilary again for future real estate transactions, as well as refer her to friends and family.
